Oxidation Engine Oil Simulation Tester by ASTM D7097 and D6335
SH607 crankshaft simulation tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the petrochemical industry standard SH/T 0300 "Method for Simulated Crankcase Test." It is suitable for evaluating the thermal oxidative stability of additives and additive-containing internal combustion engine oils, serving as a simulated testing method for selecting detergents, antioxidants, anti-corrosion agents, and composite formulations in research and development work.
This instrument consists of two parts: the control box and the main unit, arranged in an upper-lower structure. The control box is equipped with two digital temperature controllers and two digital timers. The digital temperature controllers regulate the temperature of the oil tank and test plate respectively, featuring intuitive display, convenient operation, and high temperature control accuracy. The timers enable total working time measurement and automatic control of motor rotation and stoppage. The main unit is constructed from stainless steel, characterized by a simple and aesthetically pleasing design, corrosion resistance, and other advantages
