SH0220 Quenching Oil Cooling Performance Tester
Standard: SH/T 0220 ISO 9950 JB/T 7951
The SH0220 Quenching Oil Cooling Performance Tester is strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with the SH/T 0220 standard for determining the cooling performance of heat treatment oils. It is used to measure the maximum cooling rate and cooling time of quenching oils and other heat treatment oils. It is suitable for testing the cooling performance of water-based and oil-based cooling media under laboratory standard conditions, including the maximum cooling rate, the temperature at which the maximum cooling rate occurs, the cooling rate at 300°C, the time required to cool to 600°C, the time required to cool to 400°C, and the time required to cool to 200°C.
